In this role, you’ll:
* Assist with managing the property and financial affairs of clients who lack capacity, ensuring decisions are made in their best interests.
* Draft applications, letters, witness statements and other Court of Protection paperwork with clarity and accuracy.
* Attend client meetings, take detailed notes, and help maintain strong, supportive relationships with clients, families and care providers.
* Support the team with file management and day-to-day administration.
What we’re looking for
* Previous experience in a Paralegal role is helpful, but not required.
* Able to provide reliable, high‑quality administrative support in a legal or professional setting.
* A genuine interest and/or prior experience in Court of Protection matters. Related experience in care, banking or property management would also be welcome.
* An ability to handle sensitive client information with tact and empathy.
* Highly flexible approach, able to work effectively as part of a busy team.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
* Proven organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
* Strong IT skills including confident use of MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
