Provide exceptional service and maintenance of fire extinguishers, hose reels, and fire suppression systems for a diverse range of local clients. Install, service, and maintain portable fire extinguishers, hose reels, and kitchen fire suppression systems. Adhere to current industry standards and customer specifications. Plan and conduct service visits efficiently to meet customer needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Manage equipment and vehicle stock effectively. Qualification in BAFE / FETA or equivalent. Mechanical fire service experience. Strong background in customer service. Ability to work independently and effectively troubleshoot issues. Willingness to travel and participate in training as necessary. Additional experience in other mechanical fire systems is a plus. Valid driver's license is required.
