Description As an Analyst / Associate in the International Funds Banking team within Global Corporate Banking at J.P. Morgan, you will be a vital role in supporting the growth and management of relationships with leading international sponsor funds across Europe and the Middle East. You will work closely with senior bankers and product partners to deliver a comprehensive suite of financial products and services across both fund-level and firm-level activities. This includes fund finance solutions, cash management, capital markets, and risk management products. This role offers exposure to high-profile transactions and senior stakeholders in a dynamic, collaborative, and international environment. You will support transaction execution, ongoing management of client relationships, and internal coordination across credit, legal and product teams. Job Responsibilities Support senior bankers in managing and developing client relationships with international sponsor funds across EMEA Drive the execution of management company lending and support Markets teams in the delivery of fund finance solutions (subscription lines, NAV loans, and other fund finance solutions) Prepare high-quality client materials, including pitchbooks, market updates, and strategic analyses to support client engagement Coordinate internal processes relating to transaction execution, including preparation of internal committee papers and participation in committee discussions to secure approval for new transactions Working closely in partnership with Credit Risk on structuring, underwriting and approval of transactions Partner closely with product (e.g., Payments, Markets, Treasury Services) and sector tea ms (e.g., GCB FIG, Large Cap, Mid-Cap Sponsor, Venture Capital Relationship teams)to deliver integrated solutions to clients across the region Conduct industry and company research to support origination efforts Maintain internal reports including deal tracking, pipeline reports, and senior management briefings Support portfolio company tracking and analysis of sponsor wallet share to monitor coverage and cross-selling opportunities Assist with regulatory and country-level reporting requirements relevant to EMEA jurisdictions Contribute to ad-hoc strategic projects and initiatives as required by the team Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills: United Kingdom 2:1 Bachelor’s degree or similar with outstanding academic credentials Relevant experience in Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, or Credit Strong analytical and quantitative skillset, including the ability to interpret financial information and support credit analysis Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, international environment and manage multiple priorities across geographies and time zones Strong attention to detail, with a high level of ownership and accountability Collaborative mindset with strong partnership, stakeholder management and influencing skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with senior professionals, clients and key stakeholders in other lines of business Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills: Experience working with financial sponsors, fund structures, or fund finance products Understanding of corporate finance, credit processes, and transaction execution Familiarity with market data and external research tools (e.g. Dealogic, Coalition, rating agency materials, economic data, brokerage reports, etc.) Demonstrated interest in private markets and sponsor coverage
