SEN Teaching Assistant

What You’ll Be Doing:
Supporting pupils with special educational needs (including autism, ADHD, speech & language needs, and social-emotional difficulties)
Working 1:1 or in small groups to help pupils engage, progress and succeed
Assisting the class teacher with behaviour management and lesson delivery
Creating a safe, supportive and inclusive learning environment
Who We’re Looking For:
Individuals with experience supporting children with SEN (in school or care-based settings)
Flexible, patient and nurturing personalities who love helping others
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Teaching Assistant qualifications are desirable but not essential – personality and passion go a long way!
Graduates welcome – ideal for gaining experience before teacher training
Experienced SEN staff – continue doing what you love in a flexible way

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
