The Role: Cover Supervisor
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join a well:regarded school in Bradford. This is a full:time position with an immediate start, offering a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring educator or someone with prior experience in a school setting. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be a key figure in ensuring the continuity of education when a regular teacher is absent. Your primary focus will be to manage the classroom, deliver pre:prepared lessons, and maintain a safe and productive learning environment.

Requirements
* Experience working with young people.

Responsibilities:
* Supervise whole classes during the absence of the assigned teacher.
* Deliver pre:prepared lessons and ensure students are on task.
* Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
* Respond to student questions and provide guidance where necessary.
* Report back to the regular teacher on student progress and any issues.
* Ensure the safety and well:being of all students in the classroom.
* Support the schools behavioural policies and procedures.
* Uphold the schools values and ethos.
* Assist with any administrative tasks related to the lesson.
* Promote a love of learning and encourage student engagement.
