Job Description:
RPS Water Operations is looking for additional Assistant Drainage Operatives to join our waste-water network team in Grangemouth. You will work with waste-water operations as part of a 3-person site survey crew, collecting flow data and other information across above and below-ground waste-water assets. Ensuring safe work practices, including entry into confined spaces and working on highways, to protect the public and team members during surveys. No prior water industry experience is required as training will be provided.
This is a permanent role with generally day shifts from Monday to Friday, based in our Grangemouth office, with an immediate start.
Occasional night shifts and work away from home may be required depending on contract needs.

* Ensuring safety of survey operatives and the public
* Handling and moving heavy manhole covers
* Following crew leader instructions
* Monitoring team safety, especially during underground work
* Working at heights and in confined spaces
Candidate requirements:
* Ability to follow instructions

* Physical ability for lifting and carrying
* Safety-conscious with good health and safety awareness
* Basic communication, numerical, and IT skills
* Full UK driving license
Additional notes: Mandatory drugs and alcohol tests are conducted for this role.
