Shift: Day Shift - Monday to Thursday 08:30 – 17:00, Friday early finish (13:00)
Salary: £32,000 – £40,000 DOE

An established and expanding engineering manufacturer is looking to recruit a QA/QC Engineer to support and enhance their Quality Management System and ensure the highest standards are maintained across all manufacturing processes. This is a fantastic opportunity for a QA/QC Engineer who enjoys a hands-on, solutions-driven role within a technically advanced environment.

Role Responsibilities:
Develop, implement and monitor Quality Assurance processes across manufacturing operations
Maintain and improve the Quality Management System in line with ISO9001 standards
Ensure compliance with customer specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
Liaise with customers and suppliers on quality-related matters
Create and manage Quality Control Plans and ensure adherence to project quality stages
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production and quality processes
Provide guidance and training to internal teams on quality standards and best practices
The Person:
Previous experience in a QA/QC Engineer or similar quality-focused role within manufacturing
Good understanding of ISO9001 and Quality Management Systems
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control methods
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
HNC/HND or Degree in Engineering or Quality (preferred)
