We are currently looking for a Senior Physiotherapist to join our Intermediate Care Team in the South, based in Peterborough. * To provide comprehensive, holistic therapy assessment and rehabilitation to patients within their home environment, maximising independence within a 4‑week pathway.
* To hold clinical responsibility for patients within the service, as well as for Therapy Practitioners and Therapy Assistants within the team.
* To prioritise workload effectively, including that of the Therapy Assistants.
* To work proactively in collaboration with the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure patient flow and safety.
* To assist in the development of the Integrated Care Workers and Therapy Practitioners to support the clinical delivery of the service.
