What You'll Do
7. Oversee and process end-to-end payroll for multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local legislation
8. Manage high-volume payroll cycles, coordinating with HR, finance, and external vendors
9. Ensure accurate statutory reporting, tax submissions, and year-end reconciliations
10. Respond to payroll queries with efficiency and professionalism
11. Support system upgrades, automation projects, and process improvements
12. Collaborate with international teams to standardise and streamline payroll practices globally
About You
13. Proven experience managing multi-country payrolls, ideally across EMEA, APAC, or the Americas
14. Skilled in high-volume payroll environments (e.g., 1,000+ employees)
15. Excellent working knowledge of payroll legislation, tax, and compliance in at least one key global market
16. Proficient in major payroll systems (e.g. ADP, Workday, SAP, or similar)
17. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
18. Confident communicator with the ability to manage stakeholders across time zones
