The Internship Project: Going Paperless Scope, Aims & Objectives The current production workflow relies heavily on paper-based job bags, which are manually passed between team members. This system causes delays, inefficiencies, and makes it difficult to track progress or provide timely updates to customers. They are seeking an intern to lead a digital transformation project aimed at streamlining this process using Microsoft 365 tools. The project will help reduce our carbon footprint, save time and resources, and improve team collaboration and accountability. Intern Responsibilities Research and evaluate Microsoft 365 tools for workflow digitisation. Design and map out a digital job bag system. Test and refine the system based on team feedback. Document processes using Scribe to create step-by-step guides. Collaborate with staff and present the final solution.
