We are currently recruiting for a Part Time Branch Administrator to join our Residential Sales team. The position is temporary to cover maternity leave and the working hours are every Thursday, Friday & Saturday 9am to 5pm. Please only apply if if these working hours are suitable to you. Responsibilities and Duties
Provide an accurate and efficient administrative/secretarial service to all staff within the office.
Use of estate agency software system, video editing suite and digital photography processing.
Undertake front line telephone and face to face sales support when required.
Arranging appointments.
Comply with company's standard procedures and all statutory legislative and regulations affecting the estate agency industry.
Qualifications and Skills
Previous administrative/secretarial experience would be desirable but not essential
Excellent communication skills.
Must be computer literate with experience of using Word, Excel, email systems and the Internet.
Able to organise self and other team members.
