Role Overview
As a Structured Cabling Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and testing structured cabling systems, including fibre and copper networks. You will work closely with project managers, IT teams, and clients to ensure high-quality installations are delivered on time and to specification.
Key Responsibilities
* Install and terminate Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6a, and fibre optic cabling.
* Test and certify network cabling using industry-standard tools.
* Work with patch panels, racks, and network equipment.
* Troubleshoot and resolve cabling and connectivity issues.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and health & safety regulations.
* Collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines and client requirements.
