Gas Engineer Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established national heating contractor operatingwithin the local authority sector. They have a vacancy for a qualified domestic heating engineer to cover the Coventry area carrying out servicing, fault finding, and repairs within domestic social housing properties on a local Housing Assocation contract. Gas Engineer - The Role: Landlord Gas Safety Checks (CP12s) Fault finding and repairs on central heating systems. Providing high levels of customer care when dealing with tenants and clients Ensure all Health & Safety requirements and legislation are followed including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work, and COSHH records Gas Engineer Requirements: 2 years experience as a qualified gas/heating engineer Experience in servicing boilers, and gas appliances as well as strong fault-finding/diagnostic and repair skills. ACS qualifications incl. CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 & HTR1 Full UK Driving Licence No unspent criminal convictions (DBS Check to be carried out on offer of employment) The Gas Engineer Package: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday Overtime paid at hourly rate Van, tools, PPE/uniform, and PDA provided. Salary: £41,000 per annum Out of Hours call out on rota basis.
