Orthopaedic Experience is Essential
The Role:
To be fully responsible for the achievement of the sales targets across the London & South East region.
Managing a team of 6 sales people with a view to developing and growing the team.
To establish strong relationships within allocated and identified accounts maintaining and developing KOLs.
Attendance at local, national and international courses and congress.
The Package:
£65,000 - £75,000 basic salary.
Uncapped bonus scheme.
Company Car or Car Allowance

25 days Annual Leave.
Your Experience:
Experience of selling within the orthopaedic industry, with a demonstrable sales track record.
Ideally you will have previous experience of managing a sales team.
Candidates with Senior TM experience will also be considered if this experience has been gained within ortho.
Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets with a focus on return on investment.
Detailed knowledge and understanding of the NHS environment and private sector, particularly within the London accounts.
Excellent communication skills, including strong presentation skills to individuals and groups.
A positive, enthusiastic, results driven and self-motivated individual.
