Temporary Finance Assistant | 6 months | Exeter / Hybrid | £12 - £14 an hour

Although a temporary (6 months) role currently, there is an opportunity to convert into a permanent position. You will either be a finance graduate or someone who has some experience working as an Accounts Assistant.
Role:
* Process received invoices, statements, and queries
* Manage approval process for supplier invoices
* Reconcile supplier statements
* Generate payment runs, run remittances through ERP, and send to suppliers
* Prepare monthly payroll documentation
* Raise purchase orders and make payments over the phone when required
* Raise sales invoices
* Process and check weekly expenses ready for payment
Your Profile:
* Proactive
* Strong communicator
* Good Excel skills
