Base pay range
We are TDS, established in 2003 to operate tenancy deposit schemes across the UK and provide dispute resolution services related to tenancy deposits. We operate schemes in England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland from our head office in Hemel Hempstead and offices in Glasgow and Belfast. In 2022, we launched the New Homes Ombudsman Service. We are collaborative and forward-thinking, with our colleagues and customers at the core of everything we do. Due to our proven success, we are expanding our team to continue making a difference within our Salesforce environment.
We have a new opportunity within the Technology team for a Data and Reporting Manager.
This is a full-time, permanent position based at our Hemel Hempstead office, following our hybrid working policy of a minimum of 2 days in the office each week.
Key responsibilities include:
* Overseeing data collection, analysis, and reporting to improve TDS Group operations.
* Leading and developing a team of data analysts aligned with organizational goals.
* Establishing and enforcing policies for data quality, security, and compliance.
* Managing data governance and validation to meet contractual and regulatory requirements.
* Developing dashboards and metrics to monitor operational performance and service delivery.
* Collaborating with senior leaders to prioritize and refine data and reporting needs.
* Implementing tools and processes that enable stakeholders to analyze and visualize data independently.
Minimum requirements:
* Proven experience in Data Management.
* Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
* Strong SQL skills and experience with database management.
* Keen analytical mindset with experience in data collection and analysis.
* Clear and confident communication skills, capable of presenting insights to non-technical audiences.
* Experience with Salesforce is advantageous but not essential.
