Pro Staff Construction Ltd are currently working with a Principal Contractor that delivers a variety of new build and refurbishment projects for Local Authorities across South East Wales. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Carpenter / Site Supervisor to join the team on a permanent basis. This is a hands-on supervisory role where you will be expected to carry out 1st & 2nd fix carpentry works while also overseeing the day-to-day running of projects on site. The Role: Carrying out 1st & 2nd fix carpentry works Supervising operatives and subcontractors on site Ensuring staff arrive on time and daily attendance sheets are completed Monitoring Health & Safety standards on site Assisting with the smooth delivery of projects from start to finish Reporting directly into the Contracts Manager Requirements: Proven experience as a Carpenter within construction Previous supervisory / team leading experience Strong understanding of site Health & Safety Ability to manage workloads and communicate effectively on site CSCS Card SSSTS / SMSTS desirable Full UK Driving Licence Package Information: £19.00 per hour PAYE Rate includes holiday pay & pension 39 hours per week Company vehicle & fuel card provided after successful probation If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply with your CV or contact Pro Staff Construction Ltd for more information. 02922 521302
