Home‑based (covering the North Highlands region, including Sutherland, Dornoch and Dingwall)
The Organisation
Our client delivers expertise, resources, and vital support to organisations that use physical activity to make a positive impact on young people – and on communities. Through free support, resources and funding, they help trusted local leaders lower the barriers facing the next generation, building stronger, fairer communities with the help of their team and a pool of volunteer consultants.
They are now looking for a Network Co‑ordinator to join them on a full‑time basis, working 37.5 hours per week, for a fixed‑term contract until December 2029, with possible extension, dependent on funding. Flexible working arrangements, including a four‑day working pattern, may be considered for the right candidate.

The Role
As a Network Co‑ordinator, you will help strengthen community opportunities for young people across the Highlands by supporting local groups, building partnerships and developing sustainable community networks. You will be the primary point of contact for our client’s groups in your region, helping them access support, build capacity and maximise their impact.
Working closely with community organisations, partners and volunteer consultants, you will identify local needs, promote our client’s services, support organisational development, and help groups become more resilient and sustainable.
Additionally, you will:
* Support groups with fundraising, strategic planning, sustainability and organisational development
* Host online and face‑to‑face networking events
* Support the creation of youth opportunities
* Assist with volunteer recruitment, engagement and development activities
* Maintain accurate records, project data, monitoring and evaluation information
About You
* Experience in a skilled administration role, with an understanding of the skills required to deliver high‑level admin support
* Experience of administering or delivering programmes and/or projects to a high standard
* Experience of working with partner organisations and stakeholders to deliver projects and programmes
* Experience of working in a people‑facing or group support role
* Experience of database management
* Demonstrable experience of being a confident communicator when speaking to groups and stakeholders
* An understanding of the policies and procedures required to support grant applications
* An understanding of the voluntary and/or community sports sector
