Head of Property – Part-Time (Primary Portfolio Responsibility)
Cardiff | 3–4 Days Per Week | Senior Appointment
We are a privately owned and established property portfolio seeking a senior property professional to assume primary responsibility for oversight and long-term stability.
The role is focused on stewardship, judgement, and continuity rather than growth or expansion.
We are open to considering either an employed appointment or a structured consultancy arrangement, provided the individual is able to offer defined commitment and consistent availability to the portfolio.
Responsibilities include:
Oversight of commercial and residential assets
Managing agents, solicitors, and advisers
Lease negotiations and renewals
Re-letting strategy
Compliance and risk management
Acting as the central point of responsibility
We are seeking:
A senior property professional (MRICS preferred but not essential)
Experience in estate management, asset management, or mixed-use portfolios
An individual seeking a meaningful, stable appointment with defined weekly commitment
Availability to attend the Cardiff office as required
Remuneration will reflect experience, qualifications, and level of commitment.
