We’re looking for an experienced Business Development and Marketing Manager to drive growth, strengthen client relationships, and raise our market profile across the lender, debt purchaser, and commercial recoveries sectors.
You’ll work closely with senior leadership and partners to:
* Win new instructions and grow existing client relationships
* Lead tenders, proposals, and pitches
* Deliver integrated BD and marketing campaigns
* Manage events, CRM activity, and pipeline reporting
About you:
* Proven BD/Marketing experience in professional services or a regulated environment
* Strong B2B, relationship-led approach
* Experience in tenders, proposals, and stakeholder engagement
* Sector experience in legal debt recovery (or similar) highly desirable
