Job Title: Insurance Consultant
Salary: Up to £40, PA
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

The Role:
As an Insurance Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service and advice to clients, supporting your team to meet retention and income targets, and ensuring operational excellence. You'll act as a deputy to the Operations Manager, providing coaching, guidance, and hands-on support to your colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead by example in delivering outstanding client service and advice
* Support and coach team members to achieve KPIs and professional growth
* Monitor workflow and productivity, ensuring high standards are met
* Champion a culture of fairness, professionalism, and continuous improvement
* Handle complex insurance queries and referrals with confidence and expertise

* CII Certificate in Insurance
* Strong leadership and mentoring skills
* Organised, proactive, and quality-driven
* Confident communicator with a positive, team-focused attitude
