A busy and growing architectural project management practice is seeking a Bookkeeper/Office Manager to join their Bermondsey-based team. The ideal candidate will be intelligent, proactive, and highly detail-oriented, with strong experience in using Xero. The role combines financial management with administrative support.
The Role:
This position involves supporting the studio with finance and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records using Xero, handling invoices and expenses, supporting month-end processes, overseeing supplies, coordinating events, managing post and couriers, and ensuring the smooth operation of the studio for guests and team members.
Must Haves:
* At least 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or relevant qualification with practical exposure
* Proficiency in Xero, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
* Highly organized with strong communication skills
* Calm, efficient, and confident in managing multiple priorities
