What You'll Be Doing
Act as the dedicated point of contact for a portfolio of healthcare practitioners.
Manage the full revenue cycle, ensuring timely and accurate billing and collections.
Build long-term client relationships and provide regular insight on financial performance.
Identify opportunities to maximise revenue and streamline billing processes.
Support clients in navigating billing systems and ensuring compliance.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver efficient, high-quality service.
Carry out administrative and operational tasks to support business goals.
