THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to work within the client services team supporting the delivery our of client’s campaigns. Reporting into an Account Director you’ll be an essential part of the day to day running of client accounts. No two days will be the same, you could be working on a pop up festival activation, planning an activation to open a new store, partnering with a PR agency to create an attention grabbing stunt or working with a the client on an event to celebrate their internal teams.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong, trusting and honest client relationships in line with the Current Collective’s key disciplines
* Manage the development, implementation, and evaluation of experiential activations, including development of success metrics and client communications
* Monitor and control budgets associated with project areas
* All associated administration including raising job numbers and purchase order numbers, providing these to suppliers upon booking
* Proactively explore and engage with opportunities for networking and learning and business development
* Keeping up to date with trends and changes to relevant communications and campaign management technology
* Effectively manage own time, workload and resources
* Manage, develop and mentor the Account Executives
* Work in partnership with all team members, including the Design, Production and Creative Teams
WHO YOU ARE
We’re looking for someone who possess appropriate qualifications or at least 2 years’ experience at Account Manager level. You’ll have experience developing and executing experiential campaigns, including excellent knowledge of events, exhibitions, guerrilla, and retail brand experiences.
