As Finance Director, you will:
* Lead Psicon’s Finance Team with energy, integrity, and accountability
* Drive all aspects of financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and controls
* Champion performance across key financial metrics including cash generation, profitability, and working capital optimisation
* Partner with senior leadership to support strategic and operational decision-making
* Deliver robust financial planning, insight and challenge in a fast-paced, change-driven environment
* Support and lead system and process improvements to enable scalable, sustainable growth
* Ensure full compliance with governance, risk, audit and statutory frameworks
You’ll be both strategic and hands-on, with the credibility to influence the board and the capability to improve processes on the ground.
We are looking for:
* A fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
* Senior finance leadership experience in a high-growth, commercially driven environment
* Strong grasp of cash management, controls, planning, and reporting
* Proven success in leading finance teams and delivering business transformation
* Commercially sharp with the ability to translate numbers into action
* A proactive problem solver, comfortable operating with pace and ambiguity
* Experience in private equity-backed businesses or healthcare (desirable, not essential)
