Role: Assembler
Location: Stafford
Rate: £13 - £14/hour PAYE
Duration: 3 months +
We are seeking a skilled Production Assembly Technician to join a busy manufacturing team. Working from engineering drawings and work instructions, you will assemble and inspect complex products to meet quality, safety and production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble products to specification and quality standards.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and instructions.
- Carry out inspections and quality checks throughout the build process.
- Maintain a safe, clean and organised work area.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and production goals.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and follow procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Mechanical or electrical assembly experience is advantageous.
