Requirements:
* Registered Nurse / Midwife with current NMC registration
* Experience interviewing registered and unregistered healthcare professionals
* Healthcare experience is required
Key Responsibilities:
1. Implement new care packages
2. Re-assess clinical tasks and requirements
3. Lead monthly team meetings
4. Conduct care planning and risk assessments (initial and ongoing)
5. Attend new client meetings as required
6. Perform medication and clinical audits
7. Provide clinical supervision for registered nurses on care packages
8. Sign off competencies and manage staff development
9. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (MDT) as needed
10. Provide standard and emergency support to regional care functions
11. Ensure clinical oversight aligns with best practices, policies, and regulations (CQC)
12. Support operations within financial and strategic plans
13. Deliver care in line with person-centered plans and bespoke client needs, including long-term conditions and complex care (e.g., cerebral palsy, MS, ventilator use, tracheostomy, spinal injuries, paediatric care, end-of-life care, medication, diet, and nutrition management)
14. Ensure care staff are trained in personal care and use of medical equipment
15. Work within the ethos and structure of OneCall24 Healthcare
16. Align with the company's mission, vision, and values
17. Develop relationships with care and management teams
18. Maintain current clinical skills and undertake ongoing training
19. Lead or participate in quality audits to monitor care standards
20. Support staff development through spot checks, feedback, and planning
21. Travel daily within the region is required
