1–2 years of sales experience
— whether that's in SaaS, recruitment, or another lead generation role—and you're confident handling objections, booking meetings, and generating new business, this role will elevate your career to the next level.
The Role
As a Senior Sales Development Representative, you'll play a crucial part in the company's continued expansion by generating high-quality leads and securing meetings for the Account Executive team.
Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Will Include
* Becoming an expert on the company's solutions, target industries, and ideal client profiles.
* Using a multi-channel outreach strategy—including cold calls, LinkedIn, video messaging, and email—to build a strong pipeline of prospects.
* Engaging key decision-makers and effectively handling objections.
* Collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing to continually improve outreach tactics.
* Tracking all activity and progress through the company CRM.
What We're Looking For
* 1–2 years of sales experience in a B2B setting (SDR, recruitment consultant, or similar).
* Proven ability to generate leads and confidently engage with decision-makers.
* Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
* Highly motivated, target-driven, and hungry to progress.
* A confident, outgoing personality and a passion for sales.
