The Role: As a Senior Sales Development Representative, you’ll play a crucial part in the company’s continued expansion by generating high-quality leads and securing meetings for the Account Executive team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Becoming an expert on the company’s solutions, target industries, and ideal client profiles. Using a multi-channel outreach strategy—including cold calls, LinkedIn, video messaging, and email—to build a strong pipeline of prospects. Engaging key decision-makers and effectively handling objections. Collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing to continually improve outreach tactics. Tracking all activity and progress through the company CRM. What We’re Looking For: 1–2 years of sales experience in a B2B setting (SDR, recruitment consultant, or similar). Proven ability to generate leads and confidently engage with decision-makers. Strong communication skills—both written and verbal. Highly motivated, target-driven, and hungry to progress. A confident, outgoing personality and a passion for sales. Career Progression: The business is actively investing in internal talent, with clear paths to promotion. You can expect opportunities to move into an Account Executive or Team Leader role within 6–12 months, based entirely on your performance.
