Responsibilities:
1. Assist with the preparation, cooking, and serving of food
2. Ensure that high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained at all times
3. Help with set up and cleaning of dining areas
4. Assist in stock control and replenishment of supplies
5. Engage positively with with staff and students
6. Follow all health and safety regulations to create a safe working environment
Skills and Qualifications:
7. Previous experience in a catering or food service role is highly desirable
8. Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
9. A positive and proactive attitude
10. Understanding of H&S and food hygiene
11. Attention to detail and ability to multitask
12. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as required
13. Be prepared to undergo an enhanced DBS check, if you do not already possess
Contract Type: Temporary
Hourly Rate: From £11.54
Working: 5 days out of 7 (Rota Basis)
14. Shifts available are Monday- Saturday either 6:30AM-3:00PM or 12:00 Noon-9:00PM and Sundays 11:00AM-8:00PM
