Job Description
Pay Rate: £12.90p/hour
Shifts: 42hrs p/week - (19:45 - 08:00) | 5 nights on, 5 days off, 4 nights on, 5 days off, 5 nights on, 4 days off (You will be working 2 weekends and then having the following 2 off p/month)
Any candidates with a driving licence would be a preference as public transport in the evenings is very limited - the buses stop around 18:30. Please look into the commute to see if you can commit to this before applying.

Job Description
Our teams provide care and support for individuals with different conditions at Priory sites all across the UK.
Your positive attitude and passion for providing high quality care and support will be your key strengths, but you'll also have a friendly, patient and positive approach to work.
You will provide support with day to day activities, whilst encouraging and promoting independent living. As part of our team, you'll help people reach their potential, through both practical and emotional support, making a positive difference to their lives.
It would be ideal if you have previous experience gained in a similar role. However whilst this is valuable, we are looking for individuals who display the right values and behaviours in order to make a difference to people's lives. You should be keen to learn and show compassion to care for the people we support.

Qualifications and Skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a caring nature

* A healthcare qualification is desirable, but not essential

Additional Information
Oak House is a residential service set back off the main road into Diss, Norfolk. We support up to six adults who are on the autism spectrum, and may have complex needs. Oak House specialises in promoting the development of social and independent living skills, to enable the people we support to lead active and fulfilling lives.

All roles will be subject to a successful disclosure at an appropriate level from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS), Access NI or Disclosure Scotland, and the cost of this will be covered by Priory.
