Role:

Our client is looking for immediate, temporary, Payroll Manager to assist them for 3 months. You be will be responsible for following duties:

1. Streamline and standardise payroll procedures, ensuring consistency and compliance across all regions
2. Develop and implement a global payroll system, fostering cohesion and efficiency.
3. Conduct comprehensive audits of payroll transactions to guarantee accuracy and adherence to payment schedules.
4. Approve and oversee any necessary changes to payroll, such as tax deductions, bonuses, and expense reimbursements.
5. Provide guidance and training to payroll-involved employees, equipping them with the knowledge of tax regulations and best practices.
6. Proactively resolve payroll discrepancies promptly and effectively, prioritising employee satisfaction and trust.
7. Ensure strict compliance with payroll and tax regulations, safeguarding the company's integrity and reputation.
8. Collaborate closely with the Finance and HR teams to generate insightful payroll reports and forecasts.
9. Use your problem-solving skills to address any challenges that arise and identify opportunities for process optimisation.
10. Participate in external audits, ensuring transparency and accountability in our payroll operations.
11. Act as a reliable point of contact, responding promptly and accurately to employee inquiries related to payroll.
12. Stay abreast of labour legislation and changes in employee insurance and tax regulations, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.

Profile:

The successful, temporary Payroll Manager will have 7+ years experience within a similar payroll position and have experience with UK, US and EMEA payroll. You must have strong Excel.

You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role.

Salary & Benefits:

The temporary Payroll Manager role will be paying circa £250 - £350 per day, dependant on experience.
