This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced solicitor to take the next step in their career, handling a varied and challenging caseload of personal injury matters while playing an active role in client care and team development. Key Responsibilities: Managing a broad range of personal injury claims, including RTA, Employer's Liability (EL), and Public Liability (PL) cases from pre-action stage through to trial Drafting legal documentation such as pleadings, witness statements, and instructions to counsel Advising clients on liability, quantum, and procedural issues throughout the litigation process Attending court hearings, conferences with counsel, and mediations where required Negotiating settlements and progressing matters efficiently to resolution Providing clear, commercially sound legal advice tailored to each client's needs Supporting the wider team with client relationship management and business development initiatives Keeping abreast of legal developments and changes in personal injury law The Ideal Candidate: Qualified Solicitor with strong post-qualification experience in personal injury litigation, particularly EL/PL and RTA Strong working knowledge of personal injury law and the litigation process Capable of managing a busy caseload with minimal supervision Excellent communication, negotiation, and drafting skills Demonstrates a practical, solution-focused approach to legal problems Team player with a collaborative mindset and a commitment to excellent client service Commercially aware and motivated to contribute to the firm's continued growth In return, the firm offers a competitive salary, flexible working arrangements, and a supportive, team-focused environment.
