We are currently looking for a dedicated Fulfillment Operative to join our expanding team.
As a Fulfillment Operative, you will play a key role in supporting our operations and ensuring the efficient and timely fulfillment of orders. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a fast-paced and forward-thinking company.
Key Responsibilities:
Receiving & Inspecting Goods: Unload incoming shipments, verify quantities, inspect for damages, and ensure documentation matches.
Order Picking & Packing: Accurately pick items from shelves and prepare orders for shipping with secure packaging and correct labelling.
Inventory Management: Maintain stock records, perform regular counts, and ensure inventory is organized and accessible.
Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and report any issues.
Operate Equipment: Safely use warehouse machinery like forklifts and pallet jacks.
Health & Safety Compliance: Follow safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Order Fulfillment & Timeliness: Ensure accurate and timely order processing to meet shipping deadlines.
Housekeeping & Organization: Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and clear work areas.
Effective Communication: Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals.
Continuous Improvement: Suggest process improvements to optimize workflow and warehouse efficiency.
Essential Experience:
Similar experience working in a warehouse
IT proficient
Administrative experience
Excellent communication skills
Ability to proritise workload
Pro-active and results orientated
