OMGHC Ltd is one of the UKs largest and fastest-growing online retailers of stationery and art supplies in the UK, operating from our offices in Witham, Essex. Were seeking a dedicated team member to join our Operations team, with a focus on general warehouse tasks such as picking, packing, and rework. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire order fulfilment processfrom picking items on the warehouse floor to carefully packing and dispatching them. We're looking for someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and is eager to take on a variety of tasks as well as having great attention to detail. Roles and Responsibilities: To accurately and efficiently pick, pack, and rework orders in line with company processes and productivity expectations. Assist with incoming deliveries by verifying products and ensuring they are accurately checked in and stored in the correct locations. Ensure all mail is accurately sorted and completed on time for dispatch. Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members to complete tasks efficiently. Maintain a clean and tidy work environment at all times. Adhere to the companys health and safety policies by wearing protective clothing and using safety equipment as required. Perform any other duties as required to support operational needs. Support ongoing perpetual stocktaking activities.
