It will also include assisting HR with the onboarding process and elements of the employee lifecycle. There will also be tasks within the Finance department for the apprentice to assist with such as data entry. Roles and responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for customers and new business enquiries on the phone, routing calls or taking notes and messages; Check and track office stock levels; Order and unpack deliveries to the office as required; Assist with the onboarding and offboarding and employee lifecycle; Assist with planning of charity and awareness days; Research and book the company’s social activities; Book travel and accommodation when required; Offer refreshments and provide service to visitors; Make sure meeting rooms and shared space is tidy; Scanning, shredding, filing and other general office administration as required Assist with Financial data input.
