This part-time position (30 hours/week) involves overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with food hygiene regulations, and training staff in food safety. Applicants should have Rehis Intermediate food hygiene certification and city & guilds 706/1 or SVQ equivalent. Weekend working included as per service requirements.
