Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant HR Business Partner to join our Health in Justice HR team. This role acts as the first point of contact for all employee relations matters for line managers. It supports our healthcare services in the North West, Yorkshire and Midlands and will be predominantly home-based with regular travel to services across these regions as well as Wolverhampton and our Head Office in Reading. Hours are flexible between 30 and 37.5 hours per week. Salary up to £38,000 per annum FTE, depending on experience.
What you’ll be doing
* Support our management teams with HR advice
* Manage a caseload of employee relations activity
* Provide coaching support to line managers to develop line management capability
* Work with the wider HR team to support the delivery of our People plan, including project work in change management, engagement and workforce initiatives

What we’re looking for
* CIPD level 5 qualification
* Experience working at an HR Advisor level
* Preferably experience in a fast-paced, complex business environment
