Solicitor (or Equivalent) MLS Clinical Negligence case auditor and suppor t Medical Law Services (MLS) Location : Hybrid, Liverpool Medical Law Services have a fantastic opportunity to join our growing Team. The successful candidate will play a key role i n strengthening our clinical negligence case intake process, using their expertise to review case acceptance decisions made by our in‑house nursing team. You will ensure that all appropriate leads are accurately assessed and accepted, with clear identification of allegations, consideration of limitation issues, and correct determination of defendants. This role is central to maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and legal analysis at the earliest stages of a claim. You’ll also provide ongoing legal support throughout the lifecycle of each case during the MLS process, alongside delivering training, guidance, and constructive feedback to both legal and nursing colleagues — helping to influence best practice and support continuous development across the business. Provide training, guidance and support to Medical Law Services and Fletchers lawyers as necessary. To provide legal guidance to the MLS Teams and where needed assist with case progression.
