 
        
        To ensure Quantum's corporate IT systems are secure, reliable, and well supported. This role manages cybersecurity at the corporate IT level, internal IT infrastructure, and user support, acting as the bridge between employees, corporate operations, and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
1 Security & Risk
 * Implement and maintain basic cybersecurity policies, MFA, endpoint protection, and incident response.
 * Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning at the corporate IT level.
 * Promote security awareness and compliance across the company.
 * Define and enforce secure authentication and login practices, including MFA enforcement and conditional access policies.
2 Cloud Infrastructure & Production Support
 * Manage and optimise Microsoft Azure infrastructure, including resource groups, virtual networks, and security policies.
 * Support the migration of applications and services across development, staging, and production environments.
 * Monitor system performance, uptime, capacity, and costs to ensure scalability and reliability.
 * Partner with development teams to deliver stable, secure, and resilient cloud-based solutions.
3 Corporate IT & Internal Support
 * Manage corporate systems and licences (Office 365, Azure AD, VPNs, DevOps, Revolut access).
 * Handle IT onboarding, laptop/device setup, troubleshooting, and permissions.
 * Maintain IT documentation, policies, and best practices.
 * Ensure internal systems and devices meet security and compliance standards.
 * Manage enterprise device management tools (Apple MDM, Microsoft Intune) and maintain delegated enterprise profiles for laptops and mobile devices.
 * Support and administer virtual desktop solutions such as Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Cloud PCs, ensuring secure and reliable remote access.
Qualifications
 * Hands‑on experience in IT infrastructure management, networks, and Microsoft ecosystem (Office 365, Azure AD, VPNs).
 * Strong knowledge of endpoint security tools and frameworks.
 * Proven track record with disaster recovery and business continuity in IT operations.
 * Practical experience with enterprise device management (Apple MDM, Microsoft Intune) and delegated enterprise profiles.
 * Knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Cloud PCs for secure virtual workplace environments.
 * Familiarity with authentication practices, including MFA, conditional access, and secure login workflows.
 * Comfortable with both strategic planning and hands‑on IT support.
 * Experience in fintech, trading, or other high‑availability environments is a plus.
 * Clear communicator, able to work with both technical and non‑technical colleagues.
