HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant)
Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
Salary: £80 - £100 per day

GSL Education is on the lookout for an experienced and highly skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a supportive team in a primary school in Newcastle upon Tyne. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting teaching and learning activities, covering lessons, and contributing to the development of students.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver planned learning activities in the absence of the teacher, ensuring continuity of learning.
* Assist in preparing lesson materials and learning environments.
* Support students with special educational needs, providing tailored assistance to facilitate their learning and inclusion.
* Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress.
Requirements:
* Strong literacy, numeracy, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
