Randstad is on the lookout for a room leader to join our client's setting in Leeds. We are looking for a confident Level 3 qualified individual looking for their next step in their career. Qualities to have include being proactive and creative in incorporating the EYFS framework into children's routines and activities. Whilst with us you can expect our experienced consultants to provide ongoing support, addressing queries and offering guidance every step of the way.
The nursery is looking for someone who is available for work 8-6pm for 4 days per week within Leeds. We're seeking individuals who can create an inviting and dynamic environment, ensuring each day is unique.

Responsibilities:
9. Plan creative, age-appropriate activities to support individual children's development
10. Conduct observations to document each child's progress
11. Assist with children's hygiene routines and mealtimes
12. Contribute to maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment
13. Safeguard children and maintain accurate records of their progression
Requirements:
14. Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one through Randstad
15. Previous experience working with children aged 0-5 is essential
16. NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent
17. Excellent communication skills
18. Strong work ethic and professional demeanour
19. Ability to work collaboratively in a team
20. Proficiency in the EYFS curriculum
21. Eligibility to work in the UK
Desired (but not essential):
Safeguarding, paediatric first aid, food hygiene, and health and safety training
