About the Role As our new Art Teacher, you will: * Teach Art and Design across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the opportunity to contribute to Key Stage 5 for more experienced applicants. * Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that foster creativity and critical thinking in students. * Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them develop their skills. * Work closely with other Art Teachers in planning and refining the curriculum. * Get involved in the wider life of the school, including art exhibitions, clubs, and community projects. * For experienced Art Teachers, there may be opportunities for leadership responsibilities, such as mentoring ECTs and supporting departmental initiatives.
