About the Role We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Estimation Specialist with solid experience in the glazing industry. This role is key to supporting our commercial operations and ensuring accurate, timely, and competitive project quotes. Key Responsibilities • Prepare accurate estimates for a wide range of glazing and installation projects • Work closely with clients, suppliers, and the operations team to define project scope and requirements • Assess materials, labour, and time requirements • Provide technical input and solutions to meet client needs • Ensure quotes are competitive while maintaining quality and profitability Required Industry Knowledge • Glass replacement & emergency glazing • High-level access glazing • Boarding up services • Condensation solutions • UPVC and aluminium windows and doors • Composite and bifold door installations • Double glazed windows and sash windows • Shopfronts and partitions • Glass balustrades Key Competencies • Proven commercial glazing experience • Strong knowledge of UPVC and aluminium glazing systems • Excellent attention to detail • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment • Team player with a proactive approach
