Job Description:
Our audit practice is entering a new phase focused on growth. This role has been created to help our mid market (Private Capital) audit team transform our approach to winning new business.
You will:
1. Transform our approach to winning new business, focusing on a proactive and structured approach that aligns with the Firm’s Sales and Marketing Cycle.
2. Evolve our approach to Business Development by bringing a fresh perspective and insights from previous experience.
3. Support and capitalize on private equity relationships and intermediary relations, helping to put in place a key account management framework.
4. Fully adopt the new CRM system (Dynamics), acting as a champion for best practice.
5. Take responsibility for oversight, reporting, and monitoring of KPIs around the sales pipeline.
6. Support audit leaders, Head of G2M team, and PC partners in identifying and pursuing new markets and targets.
7. Hold PC partners accountable for their actions and target development.
8. Work closely with marketing to inform go-to-market plans.
9. Assist in developing propositions for the PC market through collaboration with other practices.
10. Oversee a XLOS approach to PC targets, working across various service lines.
11. Support building a sales culture within the Private Capital practice.
12. Identify and deliver BD/sales/account management training needs.
Minimum criteria:
* Professional services experience
* Background in marketing, BD, account management, or sales operations
* Experience in stakeholder management at a senior level
* Interest or knowledge of Audit is beneficial but not critical
The role is flexible on location with a national remit, so travel may be required.
Preferred skills include understanding of lead generation, strong communication, initiative, CRM experience, project management, resilience, and the ability to work on own initiative.
