Payroll & Benefits Advisor (Maternity Cover)
You’ll be responsible for managing end‑to‑end payroll processes, working closely with internal stakeholders and external providers to maintain accuracy, compliance and confidentiality. You’ll also act as a first point of contact for payroll and benefits queries, providing clear and helpful guidance to colleagues across the LTA.
Alongside payroll, you’ll support the administration and continuous improvement of our benefits programmes, helping to ensure a positive and engaging employee experience.
Qualifications
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re highly organised, proactive, can juggle multiple deadlines, have a strong understanding of payroll processes and a keen interest in colleague benefits.
