Responsibilities
* Leadership: Building and inspiring teams, and making key decisions that shape the success of your projects.
* Delivery: Leading teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
* Preconstruction: Collaborating with customers and developing workable programmes.
Essential Criteria
* Demonstrable success in delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
* Customer facing experience.
* Proven ability to control costs, timing, and quality against targets.
* Strong technical skills, including the ability to interpret contract documents, programmes, drawings, and specifications.
* Experience managing diverse teams, including direct employees, consultants, and supply chain partners.
* CSCS Card.
* First Aid at Work certification.
* SMSTS certificate.
* Valid driving licence.
Desirable Criteria
* Degree in a construction-related field.
* Progress towards MCIOB membership.
* Familiarity with planning software.
