We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to support children with SEND in a dynamic and inclusive classroom setting. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other staff to create a positive learning environment that fosters the academic, social, and emotional development of each child. Person Specification
6. Experience working in an educational environment with children aged between 7 and 16 years.
7. Be willing to support on a 1:1 basis or work in small groups with children
8. Have behaviour management skills
9. Be organised and reliable
10. Have a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to process a new one
11. Willing to go the extra mile!
