iO Associates is looking for a SC Administrative Clerk for a leading UK-based technology company, this organisation delivers cutting-edge solutions in cyber security, electronic warfare, data analytics, and secure digital services, primarily supporting defence, government, and security sectors. Key Requirements:
Manage travel arrangements for client personnel, including budgeting and providing general travel guidance
Organise and coordinate site visits and conference bookings
Assist the Chief of Administration Section Head, including acting as deputy when required
Must hold, or be eligible to obtain, NATO Secret (NS) Security Clearance
Responsibilities:
Demonstrated experience in administrative support or a comparable role
Strong verbal and written communication with excellent interpersonal abilities
Exceptional organisational and time management capabilities
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and record keeping
