Our new Marketing Manager will report to and work collaboratively with the Group Sales & Marketing Director, as part of their leadership team. This role offers autonomy to take over and elevate the marketing function at a pivotal time in our growth journey. The postholder will spearhead a major brand transformation and go-to-market strategy for our business.
You will lead a small team, build campaign engines, modernise the brand, and directly influence commercial outcomes now and into the future.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the end-to-end rebrand of Kubus—visual identity, tone of voice, and brand positioning.
* Build and execute the new go-to-market strategy for Cybersecurity and Managed Services.
* Manage, mentor and inspire a team of 2x Marketing Executives.
* Align vendor marketing activity with 3x Vendor Managers (Juniper, Cisco, Dell, Mimecast, Threataware, Sentinal 1 etc ).
* Drive lead generation and campaign performance across digital, content, events etc.
* Manage MDF (Market Development Funds) and build co-marketing plans with key vendors.
* Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership to align messaging and pipeline growth.
* Report on marketing performance and ensure activities are tied to commercial outcomes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience:
* 5+ years in B2B marketing, ideally in IT, VAR, MSP, or Cyber
* Proven track record of leading rebrands and building GTM strategies
* Experience working with technology vendors and MDF funds
* Strong digital, content, and demand generation background

We operate a hybrid working pattern, with at least three days per week at our Kemble office in the Cotswolds.
