Contract Supervisor
Location: Catterick Garrison, North Yorkshire
Contract type: Permanent, Full Time
Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: £30,000-£35,000 dependent on experience
About the role
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Contract Supervisor to join our team at Catterick Garrison, the largest British Army Garrison in the world. The Contract Supervisor will work alongside and coordinate the experienced team, managing and ensuring the high-quality upkeep of gardens, landscaped lawns, hedges and outdoor spaces. They will also ensure all related tasks are completed efficiently, safely and to the highest horticultural standards. Requirements
* Previous experience in the Grounds Maintenance industry, at Supervisor level or equivalent, with a proven track record in horticulture and leading teams.
* A professional attitude and excellent communication skills.
* Full clean UK Driving License and IT literacy is essential.
* PA1/PA2/PA6 Spraying Certificates.
* A valid DBS, dated within the last 6 months would be an advantage, but not essential.
* Comfortable with covering some out-of-hours services, not all year round but workload/season dependent - to be discussed at interview.
